Apply online

Submit your online Application for Enrolment form.

Students most commonly join our community from Reception, Year 3, Year 5, Year 7 or Year 10.

So that we can meet your needs, we recommend lodging an application two years ahead of your sought placement year.

Select year levels may have limited places available, so talk with us about your needs.  

International Students need to complete our International Student Programme Enrolment Application Form or enrol through a College approved Education Agent.

Offer

Successful applicants are provided an offer.

To accept your offer:

  1. Sign and return your 'Acceptance of Position'.
  2. Pay the Confirmation Fee.
    This is non-refundable, with a portion credited to your account.

Having accepted a position, we will invite your family to meet with us so we can get to know you better, plus answer any questions you may have.

Completing an Application for Enrolment form does not guarantee a position within Mercedes College.

Our Enrolment Policy and Priority Criteria is used where demand exceeds the number of available positions.

The enrolment of students at Mercedes College is the responsibility of the Principal, who applies their discretion in considering the criteria.

As a Catholic school, it is the expectation that families are supportive of the ethos and philosophy we uphold. 

Priority is given to children:

  1.  with siblings enrolled at Mercedes College.

  2.  of old collegians.

  3.  of Catholic families (those who have attended a regional parish school will have some priority).

  4.  of denominations other than Catholic, who have attended a regional parish school.

  5.  families of other denominations.
